Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AED account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
